To help as many people as possible, we developed our Group Coaching program to maximise results for those who want them.

If you want to see results fast, and have control over the outcome then this method of coaching is for you. The targets we set you will be based on your goals and will be pretty lofty, so some training and potentially dieting experience would be useful, but not 100% necessary.

 

So how is it structured?

  • You will have a 12 week training plan that is broken down into weeks and days, with specific exercises based on your goals.
  • In addition, you will have a nutrition plan based on your goals using either calorie or macronutrient targets.
  • All this info will be contained in your spreadsheet.
  • Coaches will be available via the Team Concentric Facebook page for Q&A’s advice for you.
  • This program is a one off sign up and payment and runs consecutively for 12 weeks.

 

We will give you all the tools and guidance to help with weight loss and muscle gain. With this option you will receive:

  • Start, middle and end check ins with the group coach.
  • A 12 week tailored nutrition and training plan based on your goals and original check in with the group coach.
  • Email guidance and videos from your coach.
  • Access to the Team Concentric Facebook group where you will receive free content.

 

What will you need?

  • Access to Facebook, where you will be granted access to the exclusive Facebook group
  • My Fitness Pal or similar program to track your nutrition
  • Most importantly, adherence is key, so get dialled in and focused on the goal!
