Weekly 1-1 coaching is where you will get the best results.

 

There is no guesswork involved here, we have taken the time to research the evidence on training and nutrition and we plan it out for you. Your job is to show up everyday and apply it for maximum results.

 

Who is this for?

– Individuals who have goals in weight loss or gain, muscle building, strength and conditioning, powerlifting or bodybuilding

– Individuals who are seeking a way to take their health and fitness  to the next level

 

 

What do you receive with this coaching?

– Your coach will plan your training based the goals you have, the current evidence on training and their expertise.

– Training will be planned down to individual exercises, time, sets and reps to get you the best results.

– Your nutrition will be planned using a combination of calories, macro and micronutrients and your coach will help you with ideas and a plan to reach these targets.

– You and your coach will check in weekly together via video to assess your progress and they will also be available via email every day for help and advice.

– Form checks will be standard practice and you will be coached on how to achieve the best form with your exercises.

 

 

How do you get started?

– Upon enquiry you will start with a questionnaire so we can assign the right coach to you.

– You will then receive a free consultation with your coach to discuss your goals and what you want to achieve.

– On signing up, your coach will then spend time putting together your weekly and daily training and nutrition plan to achieve your goals.

– This framework and the targets will be presented and discussed with you to kickstart you achieving your goals!
