At Concentric Nutrition we believe you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however from time to time a product might not suit your needs. If this is the case we offer various returns policies.
Clothing
We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy with all clothing, excluding underwear which we cannot return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Guides/E-books
Due to the nature of these digital downloadable guides we are not able to offer a refund. However please email to concentricnutrition@gmail.com and we can assist you with any questions you may have.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days
